At LumaBelle LLC, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must:

  • Be unworn, unused, and unwashed.
  • Have all original tags attached.
  • Be returned in their original condition and packaging.

Items that are damaged due to normal wear, misuse, or improper care are not eligible for return.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong size or a defective item, we'll gladly replace it, subject to product availability.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale or clearance items.
  • Gift cards.
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please let us know as soon as possible so we can make it right.
